Fatty acid and other impurities can be removed by alkali refining and

extraction. vitamin E product has high purity and transparency.

Better Safety

Toxic impurity-Zearalenone can be entirely removed by alkali refining.

Process Comparison

1. ZEN can be decomposed by alkali refining, but can not by esterification.

2. From alkali refining process, the mixed tocopherol 50% looks clear and colorless, with high purity.

3. From esterification process, the mixed tocopherol 50% looks muddy, with lower purity, thus can not work well in further mixed tocopherol 90% process.

4. Sterols produced by alkali refining has a high purity of 96-98%, but product by esterification is 80-95%.
